The information on this site and blog (collectively referred to as “website”) is for educational purposes, (including all audios, videos, downloads, testimonies, and written material) and is meant to educate the reader on Emotional Freedom Techniques. Heather Graham is hoping that reading the material about EFT (also known as Tapping) is giving you, the reader an understanding of how it relates to your personal or families needs.
It does not guarantee or predict the outcome of any individual who chooses to use EFT as there are many variables. Heather Graham will do her very best to apply her knowledge in supporting you with all the information and skills that she has obtained from her training.
Heather Graham is not a medical doctor, nor a licensed mental health care practitioner and she does not diagnose, cure or treat medical or mental health conditions. Therefore, Clinical EFT is not a substitute or replacement for your therapist, psychological or any other kind of medical health care provider. If you have been diagnosed with a physical or mental health condition, EFT may be appropriate for you in addition to whatever medical or mental health care you may already be receiving, but Heather Graham would like to emphasize again, these services aren’t a substitute for traditional medical or mental health care.
EFT is considered complimentary by mainstream medicine, as the extent of its benefits, as well as its risks are not fully known. It still has not yet been fully researched by the Western academic, medical, and psychological communities. However, it does appear to have a growing amount of scientific research indicating it is an effective evidence-supported technique, especially for managing stress, this is positive as we know a large number of medical communities recognize all health problems are rooted in stress.
